Because each item is handmade or made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please email a photo and your order details to sarah.s.art@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll work with you to resolve it. -
Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time:Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your bank/credit card company — there may be processing delays.

You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. Shipping is non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the cost of return postage will be deducted from the total.
I recommend using a tracked shipping service — I can’t guarantee I’ll receive returned items without tracking. -
Once your return is approved, I’ll provide a postal address for you to send it to. I currently accept returns to a PO Box (details will be shared upon approval).

At this stage, I currently only ship within Australia. However, if you're outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please email me as I may be able to arrange custom shipping.

Processing time is typically 3–7 business days for in-stock items and up to 3–4 weeks for custom pieces.
Shipping times vary by location and will be provided via email confirmation. -
Yes! I love working with clients on commissions or custom pieces.

Your information is stored securely and only for as long as needed (or as required by law). You can request access to your data or ask for it to be updated or deleted by contacting me.
