ARTIST STATEMENT

Taken on my Grandpa’s camera, from the kitchen. They’re in the same seats at the same dining table we’ve all eaten at. A lace tablecloth, on a weeknight. My Grandpa passed away a few months after I took this photo. We still sit at the same table, in different seats.
